Question BigWater radiator installation

I am installing the ThermlTake BigWater SE on a ThermalTake Shark case. I removed the 120-cm rear case fan in order to mount the radiator. The radiator screw holes don't line up on the case screw holes unless I install the radiator upside down (with the tubing connectors on top rather than the bottom).
Should this make a difference? I don't see why it should, but I wondered if anyone else has had this experience. I really don't want to install the radiator on the outside of the case.

Thanks,
Jill

Nope, dosent matter what way you have the rad facing. BTW, make sure you leak test everything before you install it in your comp.
