If overclocking is most important, look at DFI. Asus, Abit and MSI also make good boards that will overclock well. For specific models, go to Newegg and do a search for 939 boards, you'll find tons. I'm partial, I like ASUS and I love my A8N-E board. They also have an SLI version if you're so inclined.

Don't know about the OC ability (since I don't OC), but for reliability, I recommend Asus.

If you're wallets big enough, the best board for overclocking I reckon is an Abit Fatal1ty AN8, since it is specifically designed for gaming and overclocking. DFI Lanparty's I've heard are also very good, although I've never been on a PC with one.
Abit and DFI boards in general have a good reputation for overclocking. My mobo (Abit IS7-E) was relatively cheap compared to the likes of the Fatal1ty, but it has a powerful NB fan & heatsink, PWM temperature sensor and the Overclocking 'Softmenu' in the BIOS means that if I set it to an OC that prevents the PC from booting, after 3 trys the BIOS temporarily resets all OC's to stock speeds, which means I don't have to wipe the CMOS everytime I push the memory or CPU too far. It also overclocks very stably, I've got 3.73ghz from a 3ghz P4. |

I would say choose a board based on your overclocking experience....If your a hardcore overclocker that really knows each and all setting then you already know the form and function of a DFI...But if not I would opt for the Asus or Abit board....either way the overclock you get is only going to be as good as your experience with overclocking on any board...
