Printing issue word doc using Xerox net printer

I have a user that keeps getting printed Word documents with mixed fonts after sending them to a Xerox network copier/printer. A few sentences will appear in a different font (kinda like plain text or something similar) and the rest appears normal (the font chosen in the first place). I've had other user print to the copier/printer but they have no problem with it and nobody else is complaining of that printer just this one. I've tried re-installing the driver but it didn't fix the problem. I had her print to another printer (a Tektronix) and she had no problems. It worked fine with the correct fonts. What shoul I do or try next?
