updated everest = higher temps?!?
i recently updated everest home edition (to 2.20.405) and i immediately noticed that my cpu temps are indicated as 5-10 deg (C) higher than the previous version.
What happened? coincidence?

Software temperature readings are notoriously innaccurate. I think you might have an option to put in a correction amount (like -5)

Only way to accuratly check temps is in the bios, the norm is usually under 60c. As long as its under there or you have no heat related issues, i wouldent worry.

i've also noticed that the new version does not display cpu usage (constantly 0%). This is on all 3 computers, all running an amd cpu.
Anyone else encounter this? |
