Hi
I got a sony floppy drive new 1 mth ago made my raid disk and its just sat not doing much . Now i would like to update my bios and the drive say's "PLEASE INSERT A DISK INTO DRIVE A:" which i happily do but i still get the same disapointment "PLEASE INSERT A DISK INTO DRIVE A:". I've tried new disk even when i insert the raid disk i get "PLEASE INSERT A DISK INTO DRIVE A:" I'm using 3.5" floppy disk 1.44mb , Can anybody point out whats most likely going on Many thanx |

so as soon as the computer starts you put the floppy in and push (alt+F2).
did that floppy worked before? when does this error come in?

Try the floppy drive in another computer. If it doesn't work there, it's broken. Replace it.
