DVD-Drive painting.
I just finished my first build. My case is white, so I ordered white DVD and floppy drives. Unfortunetly, my floppy drive is more like beige, while my DVD drive is off-white. I have been looking at plenty of tutorials on how to paint drive covers, including ones linked from the sticky threads above.
I just remembered the new product that came out, Krylon Fusion. Has anyone used this product? I wouldn't mind using primer plus standard spray paint, but it would seem cheaper and faster to go with a bottle of Krylon Fusion. |

My nephew painted his monitor and keyboard with it. Everything came out looking great. Just take your time and do light coats. Using 3-4 lighter coats instead of 1-2 heavy coats will do a better job and prevent runs.
