I have a Coolermaster I like very well. It not only controls 4 fans, but also has 4 temperature probes. The readout is via LED, and everything is electronic, no rotary dials.

This is it in silver, I believe there is a black version as well, but I was unable to locate on this site. You might want to Google the specs and see who else might carry it if you want it in black.

I have two of These and they work really well....
It will control Seven fans and Three temp sensors.....All digital with battery backup... The thing I like most about it is the way it works...you can set the temps to "alarm" you when they get too high and it will automatically ramp them up before it gets to the alarm limit... If my case temp is 22 and I set the alarm limit to 30... It will ramp up the fans at 25-26deg...sam with the other sensors.... They have this in black also.... If you are looking for good and cheap...look at SVC they have a $9.99 Sunbeam unit that is good for 20w per channel and goes fully OFF....
