Help! Can't open my case.

I am trying to do my first build today and not off to a good start. I bought this case because it looked like I could easily get into it because you didn't need a screwdriver to undo the sides. Well, boy was I wrong. Looks like to get the sides totally off, I need to unscrew the top. But the top is not fastened in with normal screws. Some sort of doohickey that has a little hole. What kind of tool do I need for this? Here is a picture. It is the one in the upper left:

That looks like a rivet- which means it does not come off. Getting into a case is often the hardest part of a build, at least the first time you open it. What case is it? - some one here surely has experience with it.

In the meantime though, is there a 'grip' indent on the side? That will give you an indication which direction to apply force, also sometimes the first opening is a bit of a pain cause the two picees may have been put togther before the paint was fully dry, or had a lot of force used.

Never Mind. I am a dork! I just figured it out. I thought it was attached to the top but I actually wasn't pushing it hard enough to slide off.

Now I can continue. Thanks anyway
