Scroll Mouse

I am having a problem with my scrolling. When I scroll down a page, the page does not stop when I release the scroll wheel on my mouse. It keeps on going then I have to scroll backup to the spot I wanted. I have changed the settings to allow for only one line at a time. But, It doesn't help.

Any suggestion?????

Thanx

Have you tried a different mouse? Also you could check the scroll button settings. You can find those in Control Panel>Mouse. Reinstalling mouse software couldn't hurt either.

Logitech has a software disk that you install with this mouse and then it will put a utility into the system tray that you access to adjust scroll rates, and speed.

True, you can make adjustments for this mouse. I don't know if you would want to have it in your system tray tho!!
