I'm assuming your keeping the old video card? Could you post what you have, what you are keeping, and what your replacing? That'd help a bit in a recommendation.
As long as everything's compatible, it looks fine. You might consider looking at www.newegg.com, generally they have more selection and better prices than CompUSA (usually).
