Unhappy VidoeCam software

Hi, can someone please help me. I have just purchased a Kensington VideoCam VGA, model No 67015. The problem is that I can't load the software that came with the VidoeCam, Arcsoft PhotoImpression & VideoImpression. The startup process starts but stops & I get a message that says "Set up is unable to find a hard disk location to store temporary files. Make at least 898KB free disk space available & try running set up again" Error 101.
I am running W98SE on a P111 866MHZ with 256MB ram & have 24Gig free HD space, so I know there is plenty of available space.
Has anyone had this problem before or know what is happening, I have this little videocam sitting here looking at me that I can't use.
Thanks for any replies,
Tony.

I don't know if this will help, but try copying the whole CD to a folder on the hard drive and installing the software from there.

Before you start, empty out the \windows\temp folder and run scandisk.

Smile

Thanks for the help glc, I found the problem it turn put to be rather easy, I was running anti virus software which wouldn't allow the software to load. After I removed the anti virus software my program loaded.
Anyway all is well again & I hope this helps someone else.
Tony.
