I recently purchased an HP L1906 LCD monitor. I have the screen settings at:
32 bpp and 1280 x 1024. How can I change the settings such that the font size will be larger?? (Right now I'm straining my eyes because the icons and font size / type are so small.) Also, some of my web sites show only a half screen!!! That is, if I could "stretch" the text out horizontally, the web page would be in full view.) PLEASE HELP!!! |

Display properties, settings, advanced, general, font size. Get some eyeglasses, I have no problem using reading glasses with 1280x1024 on a 19 inch CRT with standard fonts and I'm farsighted.
That's normal with websites written for lower resolutions that don't dynamically resize. Just use your browser zoom function to make them bigger. |
