No Speakers but Headphones

I get no sound through my speakers but I get some through my headphones after installing my All In Wonder 2006 Video Card. Could this mean that I need more wattage. I have a 280watt max power supply.

Are you saying that you plug headphones into a jack, and they work, but if you unplug them and plug speakers into the same jack, they don't work?

More details, please.

do you have the audio cable from the output of the video card connected to the line input of the sound card ?
my aiw cards need this connection for the sound to work through the sound card.

Yes. My headphones work but my speakers don't. They worked before I manually install the video card. I have all the lastest drivers for my devices.

Yes. The headphones also work without that cable plugged in but the speakers still don't work. I'm going to check around tonight for a burnt speaker fuse or something else burnt when I get home.
