Case and psu suggestions for around $100
I'm trying to put together a new build and have chosen the A8N SLi Deluxe mobo I would really like any suggestion on a case that would work. My budget is about a $100 and if possible I like to get a psu w/ it. I'm not to sure what wattage i need but I will be running an AMD Athlon 3700+ San Diego cpu and at least one dvd/cd-rw, a floppy, a nvidia 6600 GT vidio card and one 250GB hard drive. I hopen I didn't forget anything! But since I have know idea about the power requirements I'm kind of lost. Also I don't really care about looks to much, plain black mid-towers look good to me. Thanks in advance for any and all suggestions

Not going to happen if you want a SLI-certified power supply, but for one card, an Antec Sonata II case will do the job fine with its factory power supply. If you want a SLI-certified PSU, the Antec TPII-550 at 85 bucks is about as cheap as it gets, pick a case you like that doesn't come with a PSU.

Most PSUs provided with cases are junk. You can gey a low priced case for around $30 and look at Sparkle PSUs in the 400 to 500 watt range. They are around the $70 range. I believe Antec cases come with a fairly good PSU but they may be over $100. Go to Newegg.com to see about types and prices on cases and PSUs.

Thanks thats exactly what I wanted to know I definatly will go with a Antec solutions SLK3000-B ATX mid-tower and add an Antec TPII-550. The extra money for the psu will not be too bad if I'm going to add another card later. so thanks again.
