Since the multiplier is locked on a Celeron, all you can do it bring up the bus speed a little at a time. You can add a bit to the voltage as well to make it stable. Keep in mind that it's going to put out more heat, so be ready with some better cooling.

What kind of a motherboard do you have? Some are better at overclocking than others because some have a great rang of frequency settings you can use. Also, be advised that the Cely 400 is not a great overclocker but you might be able to get a 10-20% overclock out of it.

I have Celeron 400(2 of them because on Abit BP6) @558, on 2.1V and GlobalWin h/f.
FSB= 93MHz(1/3- PCI).

1 1/2 year so far without any problems.

Not thinking untill end of this year to get anything faster.

Shoot, I was thinking that the cely 400 was the last of the great overclockers. I routinely get 1.5x out of them when I try. (I'm not a great fan of overclocking). A 400 when you can find them are about $40.00. A 600 is $58.00. Why overclock? You'll spend more than $18.00 for a better HSF.
