PWM on abit mobos

Abit EQ (monitoring program for Abit mobos) there's a temperature reading that is called 'PWM'. I know this is the power regulater for the CPU, but could anybody possibly tell me whereabouts it would be? And, how to cool it down!! I'm on 4.05ghz OC at the moment from a 3ghz P4, and its not the CPU temperature thats the problem (CPU temp stays around 55-57 degrees) its the PWM temp, it hangs around about 70 and sometimes peaks as high as 85. Any help appreciated, thanks.

Wouldn't that be the little black boxes usually near the CPU Socket? When I had my NF-7 and AXP2600+ I had to put some heatsinks on those little bad boys to get a more stable OC. Man I miss that setup. OC'ing that little beast was a breeze.
