CPU temp and System Temp high should I get better cooling

My CPU temp runs around the 100 degree area and the system temp runs in the 90's. The computer is a Amd Athlon socket 462 and it is not overclocked and I have got a stock heatsink over the cpu should I get better cooling. And is this a good choice to bring down the temps. http://www.thermaltake.com/coolers/c...2.htm#logoInfo
I am also thinking about putting two 90mm fans on the heatsink

First, you should clean out any dust from your fans and heatsinks. To do so, just some compressed air, and stick a pencil or something in the fan to prevent it from spinning. You will most likely have to remove the heatsink to fully be able to clean out all the dust.

Make sure your heatsink makes proper contact with the CPU and that there is thermal paste between the two.

If you applied the thermal paste yourself, you might have added too much, which would turn it into an insulator (which is bad). If so, then remove it and start new with just a thin layer.

Switching from the retail heatsink voids the warranty, and for that, I don't recomend doing it.

I cleaned out the computer today and the warranty on the computer is up and as for the thermal compound on the cpu I don't think there is any I checked and I think that there used to be some there.

You say your CPU is running at 100 degrees. 100 degrees what? Fahrenheit or Celcius? You've got a problem at 100 Celcius, but 100 Fahrenheit is very good.

100 F is only 38 C...that's cool for a Socket A processor and nothing to worry about.

The temp you should worry about is if the processor hits 140 F (60 C) when the computer is idle.
