MY First PC
OK I just Built my first pc. It has 2 fan; one on top of the case and and the ohter is behind the case. I'v got all these wires coming out from the PSU and other wires. I have no idea how i should tie them um. They are all over the place. ANy idea how i should tie em up. My componets are below:
Aspire X-plorer black. AMD athlon 64 x2 3800+ DFI Lanparty Ut ultra-d Thermaltake W0049RU XMS pro 1gb pc-3200c2pt Liton dvd burner w/ lightscribe Western digital cavier se16 160gb I haven't decided on graphic card yet. I was gonna get x1900xt for $439 but it's now out of stock. i'v decided that i'll get a cheap one then buy a new one when their price drops again. any suggestions. |

Get yourself some zip-ties (twist ties will work too, but zip-ties are best). No need for anything fancy, some places charge you crazy amounts for zip-ties. I picked up a bag of 100 4" ties from Home Depot for like 2 bucks. It's kinda hard to tell you exactly how to tie up the wires. You might look at this thread and look at other folks' cases and see how they did theirs.
Also, shove any unused wires into empty drive bays, that should get rid of any extras dangling around.
