how do you find the temperature of your pc? is there a program?

There might be a section in your BIOS which reports computer health.
Your motherboard maker may provide a Windows based utility. I believe their are 3rd party utilities which read the sensor data off the motherboard (I'm sure someone will offer a link, if not there's always google). Some people buy fan controllers or similar devices, which have thermister or thermocouple sensors, and readout the temperature via a small LCD display.

In your bios go to the Hardware Monitor Menu, all computers have one or the equivalent.
If you tell us your specs we'll tell you how to get to it.
