some keys don't work sometimes

i have a labtec Y-RAC66. i think that is the model number. it is part of the wireless desktop set that was available at wal-mart. sometimes my backspace, +/=, _/-, 0, 9, 8, 7 keys don't work. i move the receiver and that works sometimes. i haven't had any brand new batteries in a while so i can't say that it's the batteries. although, when those keys were not working, i did change the batteries and they worked for a little while. anybody have this same problem?

Make sure the KB and receiver are not in close proximity with other devices, like a cell phone, etc.

If that's ok, then check the batteries with a voltage tester. If they're low, then replace them.
If that fixes the problem but it reoccurs within a short time and the batteries are low again, then the KB is probably bad.

hey, thanks for the reply. i moved it back and it's working for now. i'll have to keep an eye on it for a while and at least get a new set of batteries.
