Brain dead computer

COLOR="black"]Near as I can figure, it happened sometime last week. I went for those passive memory heat sinks since my P4 3.0E was running so cool like 34-37 idle 42-45 under load. Anyway we got lost there somewhere. I can't tell you exactly what happened, but next thing I knew I was frantically searching for my Antec case diagram which I lost, but didn't matter anyway. The system is just doa. it won't boot into anything. I did a power test, and the power supply appears OK. Right now I'm looking at just how many ways you can hook up the case from LED to IDE LED, and so on. This can't be that difficult, but I'm at it still 1 week to the day. Any ideas about wiring would be helpful right about now. Thanks in advance.

Follow the troubleshooting steps found in this thread and let us know what happens. You must remove the motherboard from the case when doing this...you're trying to determine if the motherboard is shorting/grounding out to the case somewhere.
