Dell Inspiron 8200 Laptop ?

I recently upgraded the CPU in my Dell I8200 to a 2.6G p4-m CPU, Since then I watch my temps sit at 70C with both my fans sitting at High 10,000 RPM. The fans are brand new, and the Heatsink is good, the Lappy runs fine and doesn't artifact, freeze or have any problems at all. I have read that the safe operating temp is 80C, and that the P4-M CPUs could actually be called mini-heaters.

However, I was thinking if maybe their was a place to get a modified Heatsink, Aftermarket or otherwise? Does anyone know if their is a company that made or makes modified Heatsinks for laptops? I was thinking if someone could figure out how to throw a heatsink together with 2+ pipes with the Same dimensions that this one already has, Maybe it would allow me to bring the temp down lower? Ideas?
