Find the source of the noise. Is it the front fan, the back fan, or both? Also, it could be your PSU fans or your CPU fan.
Once you've narrowed it down to the noisiest culprits, there are a LOT of things you can do to quiet the fans. From lowering the speed of the fan, to outright replacements. 120mm fans would be ideal, but 80s are alright if they're not running at full voltage. The front fan should be an intake and the rear fan should be an exhaust.
