New RAM curiousity

Hi, i'm curious if my "new" RAM is functioning to it's full potential, and if it's not then how can I configure it? I have a Dell Dimension 8300. It's a 1GB stick of Corsair. FYI, I got new RAM for gaming purposes.

It's a Dell. You take what you get, there's nothing that can be configured.

You need a matched pair of modules, then you can run dual channel mode which will boost performance more than anything else. Putting XMS ram in a Dell is a waste.
