Suggestions Please
I want to explore PC Cam Options, not looking to make a large investment. I will be running it on a Dell PentiumIII 933mhz in WinMe and want use the cam for video conferrencing w/my children. I saw a cute Pocket Cam by Cool-icam for $79. w/Arcsoftware. What is your opinion and what wld u recommend? I like the pocket cam bc it says u can use it 3ways, still, video, and pc cam w/usb cable and Arc Software.
