You shouldnt need more than 3 case fans. One for exhaust, one for intake and one for the side. And of course - the CPU HSF, chipset fan, and graphics card HSF - which are all included.

With your setup you should be fine with just 1 exhaust fan on the back of the case along with the fan in the power supply. The less fans you use, the less noise your computer will make.

The Sonata II has a unique design for air flow. A rear mounted 120mm fan exhausts air from the case. This fan has an attached 3 position switch to control the fan speed. Simply pop the side panel off and move the switch to increase or decrease the fan speed/air flow. The air comes into the case thru a generous opening on either side of the front panel and passes thru a front mounted filter before entering the case interior. The cpu fan draws its air from a specially designed air duct that attaches at the lower rear of the case. This duct is adjustable to allow proper alignment directly over the cpu fan. The duct also has provision for the addition of 2 extra fans, if needed. A 90mm fan can be added directly over the cpu and an 80mm fan can be added directly over the video card(s). The instruction manual for the Sonata II is very clear. I'd suggest assembling the system without any addtional fans. Monitor the temps and only add the other fans if needed.
