Video card temps too high?

I have the 7800GT EVGA CO edition which is idle temp at 50C. Is this something to worry about...? and is there any solutions that can lower those temperatures..? when I am Load, it loads at 60-75C... which is quite too high for me. I currently have 2 90mm fans, and 3 80mm case fans, and my EVGA one has the copper fan.

will this heat affect the performance of the graphic interface? Will my frames drop because it's too high? I'm not meaning threshold, but by heating the card to 60-65 load, will it slow down.

Recently I've been having these freezes that last couple seconds, including the sound looping then it goes back to normal. I also seem to be seeing these "glitches"... I'm not sure, but would this be associated with the heat?

Those temperatures are not too high, but you can see if they are affecting your gaming experience.

Pop the side off your case and aim a big fan inside to cool everything down. Fire up a game and see if the glitches continue. If they do, its another issue. If they stop, we'll look into better cooling.
