A stupid question... but have to ask it.

Ok,
Looking at building another system and was wondering if the chipset of the motherboard was a factor for video cards? I.E. Nvidia chipset and an ATI video card? Thanks...

The chipset does not have an effect on what videocard you can use. A Nvidia chipset will run an ATI or any other brand videocard.
