Fan controller and cooling
The question I have is do I need a fan controller in the below system. I heard the Vantec Stealth 92mm fan is very noisy. Also how many do I need and if you can give me any recommendations.

personally I have never seen any case that really needed any kind of fan controler.
everything will depend on what your temperatures are now and how good your air flow is through the case, plus at what tempeture you keep the room that the computer is in. the lower you keep the room temp, and the better you have air flow in the case, the better you are. so before I can answere your question of weather or not you need more fans. usally one in the front of the case and one in the rear is all that is normally needed. |

If in case you think that the temperature around you is high you would definately require a fan controller, and personally it willl be a good idea.
As told by bailey it depends upon airflow also, however overheating might cause your processor to go for a toss. So i would suggest take no risks |

The only time you really need a fan controller is when you want to run a fan(s) at a slower speed to reduce noise....like with the vantec...
It's all your personal preference...some like the sound of a pc as if it's going to land...others like them quiet...SVC has nise fan controlers and 1 can be had for 9.99.....most come with enough to control 4 fans...
