Do you have your operating system disk? (Windows XP Home, or something similar)
You can do everything you need to, with just that CD. It has utilities to format your hard drive, and the files to reinstall an operating system. |

Kej85,if you want to run Win2000 or win xp,just go into your BIOS
and set your CD as the boot drive, pop your cd in the drive and restart. If you get the message "Press any key to boot from CD Rom...." then hit any key,and it will boot off of the CD in the drive.Follow the steps to set up the drive. If you really want to make sure that all of your old stuff gets wiped, choose a regular, full format. If you just want to get it done quick, choose "quick format". By the way,NTFS is much better than FAT32 (just for your information).Unless you absolutely have to have FAT32 partitions, stick with NTFS. DoomLord

If you do that, it's best to remove all partitions before you create a new one for the fresh install. The Windows CD will allow you to do that.
