32 Bit Transfer

In my BIOS i got an option for my hard drive that says 32 bit transfer and it if turned to off. What is this and should it be turned on?

Yes, turn it on. That's an old (very old) legacy setting and really shouldn't be an option in this day and age. Systems have been using 32 bit transfers for a lot of years now...
