cpu thermal

Should I enable my cpu thermal throttling, and what does it do???

Thermal throttling will slow down the CPU in the event that the CPU gets too hot. It's a means of preventing the CPU from frying. Normally, it shouldn't kick in but if a CPU fan dies or something else to cause the CPU to overheat. Yes, you should enable it should your CPU fan die or whatever.
