External Drive Problems
Hello.
I bought this external drive case a while ago and it was giving me problems. I now decided to try it again. So what happens is, as soon as i turn it on, it shuts down my computer and restarts. If it is powered on upon reboot it is not recognized. I have tried the jumper settings on master, cable select, and single. It's either a defective enclosure or your Via USB controller doesn't like it. Try it on your Intel rig.
