Dell Drive Monitor Says HDD is Operating Outside Normal Specifications.....?

I got a Dell Optiplex GX150 and I get this error message every time it boots. Is there a way to make the drive operate inside normal specifications, or even a way to turn off the drive monitor thing? After I hit f1 to continue, everything loads fine.

Looks like your HDD is getting ready to fail on you, start backing up data. Possibly run other diagnostic tools. Is there any odd noises comming from the HDD lately?
