Unhappy computer issues

ok lemme give you the laydown... i moved to massachusetts from arizona and i packed my computer nice and neat and tight in the box and sent it to my new house... i unpack the computer and set it up.. it turns on but there was no hard drive beep like usual.. then the monitor goes right to sleep.. took a look into the pc and nothing looks broken so i check all connections and everything looks fine... tried to boot again and nothing.. so i replaced the video card thinking it was that.. still doesnt work.. so i thought why not get a new hard drive to see if that works... nope still doesnt work.. and ive replaced the CMOS battery too... and all the computer does right now once u hit the power button is the (video card, the big cpu fan and the power supply fan) all turn on and my blue lights on the side of my computer turn on.. and the hard drive doesnt seem to spin or make any noise... please help
