what is normal temperatures

What are the noraml temperatures? I just built a new machine, currently the case is off.
I go into the bios and click on the button that allows you to see a report of the temperatures.
This is what it says:

system temp = 32C/89F
cpu temp = 42C/105F
System fan speed 0
Cpu fan speed 1196 rpm
cpu vcore 1.37v
12V - 12.03V

My machine is running just fine. I'm not having problems.

Thsose temps are great. If the cpu starts getting above 60c then start looking at better cooling hardware.
