OCing a 3800+ X2

I'm thinking about OCing my said cpu, it idles at 42-44 degrees C,
it's running at 2.0ghz and I see an option for OCing in the BIOS, I'm just wondering
by how many increments I should OC, the drop down list increases by .01 so the next thing is
2.01, 2.02...etc. How should I approach this? When will I know if I've done enough?

I suggest the two A64 guides in this thread as a good starting point.
