Question SATA HDD from NF2 MB to NF3 MB?

I have a Abit NF2S G2 mainboard system that i want to upgrade that has the hard drive(120GB sata maxtor) i want to use on a DFI LP NF3 Skt939 mainboard.

both of these boards not having native SATA support,

how do i swap the hard drive from the ABit to The DFI without reinstalling windows and keeping everything as was.?

i will need to install the SATA drivers from Floppy disk.

is it possible to do this without a reinstall?

7. After the upgrade is completed, reinstall any service packs or hotfixes that you had previously installed.

mmm sounds a bit iffy, i really dont want to have to reinstall, have you experience of this proceedure Stvy? everything go ok?

Your drive is full of old/wrong chipset drivers for the new mobo. You can gamble on the repair install or start all over fresh - your call.
