Question For anyone with a Zalman 9500 and a Gigabyte 965 DS3

Does your backing plate for the heatsink fit on unevenly like the pic below?


See how some of the solder points touch the bracket, it does this no matter what direction I mount it.

Will this cause problems?

Is it possible that there are spacers that you've neglected to slip onto the bolts?
