Exclamation Transfer OS to another HDD

Ok so I have two HDDs; one is an EIDE and the other is a SATA. The HDD with the EIDE has the OS on it but I want to put the OS on the SATA now. Last time I tried putting this OS on another HDD I ran into problems with Microsoft since this OS is an OEM. How do I properly uninstall this OEM OS from my EIDE HDD and install it on my SATA without any problems?

All you have to do is use software to clone one drive to the other. You can download the setup software from the manufacturer of the new drive, one of its options should be a drive to drive copy.
