Running to hot

I just moved and my new room is pretty hot (80ish degrees F, this is hot for seattle). Due to this, my computer is running alot hotter than before. The current temps are:
System: 33 (C)
CPU: 38
GPU: 52
I've just been web browsing, havnt' even tried gaming yet.
The temps used to be:
System: 24
CPU: 24
GPU: 41

I've been considering putting in a pci slot blower or front blower:
Dynatron DB1206SP System Exhaust Blower

Xper CC-290 5.25-inch Twin Turbo Dual 9cm Fans System Cooler

Any thoughts on the above products? and are there any other cheap ways to bring down the temperature?

I personally think your temperature sensors are wacked. No way you can get 24c without doing some extreme cooling.

But I would go through the case, clean the dust and rearrange the wires.

As long as the case has air intaking and being exausted in a efficient matter, and your not having any instability issues, I would personally not worry about it.

Where are you getting those temps from? If they aren't coming from the BIOS, they probably aren't accurate. 24 degrees is way too cold.

If those are accurate, though, those temps are just fine. 38 degrees for the CPU is well within limits. Don't worry about it.
