updating mobo chipset???

I want to update BIOS for an Asus A8N-E mobo in order to use the "My Logo" feature.

The Asus site states that the chipset must be updated to properly update BIOS. this is necessary to customize the startup screen.

I am running XP Pro.

I downloaded the chipset but I am not sure what to update. It seeems like I should go to Settings: Control Panel: System: Hardware: Device Manager: nVidia Hyper Transport Bridge: Divers Tab: (select) Update Drivers and then point to the extracted files I have downloaded to the Desktop. Is this correct?

TIA

the file you dowload might be in a .zip or as dell does it .exe driver update files, so you will have to extract the file to a folder which is done automatically with an .exe file and usually will automatically launch to update your drivers. if its a .zip file then exract to a folder that you want, then go into device manager, and right click on the chipset and update drivers

it is a zip folder and I had extracted the files but I'm not sure which driver to update-that would be the hyper transport bridge yes?
