!!wanted!! Asap Dead Mb And Cpu

I need a dead (non working) AMD Athlon FX series or X2 series socket 939 cpu, and a motherboard to go with it... Any help is greatly appreciated. OR a P4 socket 775 with HT tech. and motherboard to go with it, and agian must be dead...

UPDATE: If you have one but not the other that will work too. Something is better than nothing.

Hehe. That's an odd request - dead parts. Sorry though, I've only got one dead motherboard lying around and I'm holding onto it until I get around to sending it back to ASUS on warranty.

yeah i know its kinda of an odd request but i know someone out there has a fried CPU and or MB and has it sitting in a closet somewhere.

Out of curiousity, why do you want dead parts? Educational purposes?

I'm sure you could grab something on eBay fairly cheap.

Yes, I am using them to teach MB componet loacation and operation along with CPU information. I have found a P4 HT processor and MB. Still on a hunt for a AMD X2 or FX series CPU and MB.

Hey, I wonder if that guy that had that Cathode explode in his case still has his stuff.. I bet that was probably an AMD X2 or FX processor in there..
