Anyone else have the feeling that he placed that piece of paper in the shot of the 2 pumpkin fans in order to impress people? (not that they are complicated equations or anything)

I had noticed that...and yes I also wondered if it had been intentionally placed in the shot lol.

It's just a guess but I would think it's some kind of grease to keep the moisture from the pumpkin from damaging the components.

i don't think it was...it makes sense for it to be there if he was testing the fans.
Also, you notice the corner of it in another shot.

I guess...but looking at the calculations...what on Earth could he have been testing the fans for?

Or maybe he was trying to keep it just cool enough to keep the pumpkin from smelling. I grew up in Las Vegas and we could smell pumpkins within an hour of them being outside in the heat, candle or not. He's probably got about 3 days of hardcore usege before the pumpkin starts to collapse on itself.

Being an avid fan of polyurethane, I would guess it's...polyurethane.

It's kinda trippy -- wouldn't worry about the rot, though, as who leaves up Halloween decorations too long, anyway?
