Is everything okay with my CPU and RAM?

I just put together a new computer, using a TYAN K8WE board and two Opteron 265 CPUs. This board has two sets of memory slots, four slots for CPU 1, and 2 slots for CPU 2. I had to buck up and buy the registered RAM, which is fine , but I want to be sure it's all working okay. I put 3GB (2 - 1GB sticks + 2 512 sticks) into CPU 1, and 2GB (2 - 1GB sticks) into CPU 2.

When I select SYSTEM PROPERTIES my computer says it has a Dual Opteron 265 CPU and 3GB of RAM. Is this telling me that it's not seeing CPU 2 and its 2GB of RAM? Are there other ways for me to check to see if everything is a-okay?

Thanks,

Nick
