is the Intel Core 2 Duo E6400 meant for overclocking only?
is the Intel Core 2 Duo E6400 meant for overclocking only? or can i use even if i don't plan on OC'ing?

The e6400 is for any use including OC'ing. It seems that all of the Core 2 Duo chips are good OCers.

I think hes confused, alot of people have been comparing the e6300 and the e6400 and how the only purpose of getting th e6400 is if your going for overclocking.
What that means is, for bang/buck e6300 is best. But the e6400 is sometimes chosen since it has a higher clock and will go further on overclocks.
