Help, need a new light case

Hello I am in the market for a new case. I am looking for a non flashy light and mobile case. I would also like to have side mounted HD for easy/fast removal. I currently have an Antec Super Lanboy and I like it because it is light and the HD is side mounted. But I am tired of the bright blue lights and want something not so flashy.

I have been looking around and a lot of causes weigh a ton. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks again!

A quick search on Newegg for Aluminium (key for lightness) Mid Tower cases brought up this Thermaltake which seems to tick the boxes....not especially flashy and has a side-mount hard drive tray.

Also found this from Lian-Li - top quality

I second that, the lanboy is one of the most lightest cases you will ever find.

Thanks for the responses. I guess it is a real option to just replace the fans with non LED fans but the sharp corners that have nearly sliced me open everytime I open the case get old too. I guess I am just really going to have to think about it.

Sharp corners in a Antec? If it was my case I'd file down the corners that are giving you problems.

Very... at least the two Antec SLK1650B cases I used cut me.

Well, your lucky. It happens in any case every once in a while. You just have to be careful.

I've been building for 9 years now and I've used lots of different Antec cases (as well as cases from InWin, Chenbro, AOpen, Thermaltake, Chenming, Chieftec, Enlight and those generic CompUSA cases) and I've never been cut by a Antec case or any other brand as far as I can remember.

Me neither. Ive built a few with cheap generic cases , and apart from sharp edges, ive found silly things like , having to cut around the graphics card aperture because i couldnt get connection on . Its always worth going for the quality cases.
