Antec Aria/ Conroe?
Built my first computer using the Aria. It only has a 350w ps that is designed specifically for this case by Antec. An upgrade to a higher wattage would require a case modification and was wondering if anyone has heard of something that is quality and would be a fairly straight forward swap. The replacement cost for the stock unit is 60.00. Completely reasonable, but I don't think a 350w will be enough oomph in years to come. Am going to keep this case (Killer sff). Have put a stupid amount of time into giving it an ultra custom wood grain job, ( mahogony w/ burl face plate) to match other furniture. Also.. has anybody thrown a Conroe into one of these and how were the temps. Am running a little sempron 2800 64 system (overclocked), w/ a Zalman 7000 hsf. and a eVGA FX5500. Sounds like the Conroe would be a definite possibility for the future. These cases run hot. Any experiences shared would be greatly appreciated. GO HAWKS!

The Conroe processors actually use less power than previous Intel CPUs and they also run a little cooler. A good quality power supply will probably handle a Conroe based system as long as the video card isn't real power hungry.
