Motherboard screen is only thing coming up?

I wasnt sure which forum to put this in but...I was playing Company of Heroes and my computer suddenly froze. When i went to restart all I get is the screen with my motherboards logo on it and it wont go past it. The only thing that seems to do anything is pressing Ctrl+Alt+Del which only restarts the computer and the same screen keeps coming up.

Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this or how to fix it?

Is this a home built or name brand computer?

Have you tried to fix the problem? Is so, what have you tried?

Unplug the computer, open the case and disconnect the optical drives and then try to boot it up.

If that doesn't work, try another hard drive data cable (IDE or SATA, whichever you're using).

my computer stops at the intel screen. im pretty sure its a psu problem because when i unplug the usb cables it will boot up fine. i just havnt got around to it yet plus i dont restart it to often.
