Mouse Keyboard Not Working After Restart Stuck On Loading Screen!!!!

okay, I got my computer working fine after building it two days ago, and now, after installing the motherboard drivers for the intel chip, and the restarting ( I'm not saying I think it was the driver, but that was my last action before having this problem), my mouse and my keyboard refuse to work, and I'm stuck on the pre-load screen that says "you're copy of windows may not be genuine" ( don't have any idea why it says that.....dum de dum dum.....)

here are the steps I have taken to try and resolve this,

1.)I turned off my computer, and waited 30 seconds, and turned it on, didn't work
2.) I restarted my computer, didn't work
3.) I checked if the usb ports were getting power, using a USB hub with a giant LED on the top, and they were all funtional.
4.) I switched my keyboard and mouse to different USB ports, and each time restarted, didnt work
5.) I noticed that my keyboard and mouse DO light up when it's running through PRE-windows loading, I.E. Asus mobo screen and bios, but that they then turn OFF when it gets to windows
6.) I have now had the computer on for 20 minutes with the keyboard and mouse plugged in, and they are still not working.

WHAT DO I DO!?!?!?!?!??!

BIOS!?!?!?

HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!
